David R. Smith

David’s primary focus is on large landscapes, but some of his work involves people and scenery. He has transitioned from large and medium format equipment to digital in recent years.

His large format work was done with a 4×5 field camera, Schneider lenses and Velvia/Provia slide film. For medium format, he chose Mamiya 7ii, again with Velvia/Provia slide film and for digital photography, he currently uses a Sony A7rII.

For editing and processing, David now uses the Adobe suite including Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
